However, it’s important for our customers to understand that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or breakages due to improper use.

What’s Covered? Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that are present at the time of the original purchase from Leki or an authorized Leki dealer within South Africa. The warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable.

What’s Not Covered? Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the product. Leki products are designed to be durable and hard-wearing, but they are not indestructible. Poles, particularly those made of carbon fiber, can break due to improper usage, such as a bad landing, or if used incorrectly or for an activity they were not intended for. Our poles are designed for specific uses (e.g., trail running, hiking, run & hike, or Nordic walking), and using the right pole for the right activity will ensure they perform as they should. Customers are responsible for understanding how to use their poles properly. If you have any queries about correct pole technique or usage, we strongly encourage you to contact one of our consultants in advance. Product Care: To ensure the longevity and optimum performance of your Leki Poles, regular product care is essential, especially after a race or heavy use.
