Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that are present at the time of the original purchase from Leki or an authorized Leki dealer within South Africa. The warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable. If your pole is faulty or not working as it should, please let our service team know immediately.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the product, falling outside of the 3-month All Breakages Policy. Leki products are designed to be durable and hard-wearing, but they are not indestructible. Poles, particularly those made of carbon fiber, can break due to improper usage, such as a bad landing, or if used incorrectly or for an activity they were not intended for. Our poles are designed for specific uses (e.g., trail running, hiking, run & hike, or Nordic walking), and using the right pole for the right activity will ensure they perform as they should. Customers are responsible for understanding how to use their poles properly. If you have any queries about correct pole technique or usage, we strongly encourage you to contact one of our consultants in advance. Improper use can lead to breakages, for which Leki Poles is not liable under this warranty. Please familiarise yourself with our product care suggestions.

Our new 3-Month All Breakages Warranty covers any breakages occurring within 3 months from the date of purchase, including those from usage or trail running activities, which are common in mountain sports and with carbon poles. During this period, we offer free repairs, including part replacements that previously incurred charges. After 3 months, our standard repair policy will apply.

Please register your new purchase within 30 days of purchase to qualify.

While our 3-Month All Breakages Warranty is comprehensive, it does not cover poles that have been customized, modified, or repaired by unauthorized service providers. Damage from improper use or neglect, environmental factors such as extreme heat, moisture, color fading, or chemicals, and normal wear and tear like surface scratches and scuffs are also excluded from this warranty.

To ensure the longevity and optimum performance of your Leki Poles, regular product care is essential, especially after a race or heavy use.
